We don’t need much of a reason to spend weekends taking day trips up and down Highway 2 between Prescott and Cornwall, but this time was particularly awesome because model trains were involved.
Today’s was an afternoon well spent at the Seaway Train Show, located at the Long Sault Arena in Long Sault, Ontario.
The Seaway Train Show is currently marking its fifth year and is a fundraiser for Parade Of Nations, a non-profit organization benefitting developmentally disabled persons in Stormont Dundas & Glengarry and Akwesasne. This year, all proceeds will help send a 7-year-old visually impaired girl on the Polar Express.
For more information, please visit Parade Of Nations.

Next year’s show is set to board on July 15-17, 2017. Will we see you there?
